it's too bad, they are one of my favorite cichlids, iwas hoping to see more.
 
H. cyanoguttatus is vastly under-rated IMO, and much less popular than H. carpintis. Why? I have no idea.
 
carpinte are easier to get in my opinion.
i was sheltered from cyano til i came on MFK!

I would post a picture but i can't get a good picture of mine and i'm not submitting a bad picture of my guy.
 
A little late but here are a couple of wild caught from Brackettville, TX.

This creek on my friends ranch has the biggest and best looking Texas Cichlids I've ever seen.
