I wouldn't pay anything or drive an hour for the fish. If it didn't cost me anything, I would take it just to give it a good home, but I'm sure you can find a much better Tex for the same price.

that fish could has potential, its kept in crap conditions and the owner probably doesnt look after it. its a nice cyano and in the right hands i think it can become a great fish.

personally id pay that for it.
