Ive recently purchased a texas cichlid it's about 5-6 inches and I can't get him to eat a thing. He is in a 75 gallon aquarium and the water parameters are spot on. I have tried feeding him pellets, flakes, live food, frozen food he just isn't interested please help

It's probably still be shell shocked from the relocation, and may just need more time to acclimate to the new environment. If there are no other fish in the tank with it, you may want to try adding some cheap, none-shy dither fish to get it to feel more secure.

yea, what he said.......fasting for a week to a month can be considered "normal" during acclimation to a new tank
