Texas Cichlid Owners

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I have my texas with a GT, some salvini, a midas, a bicher, and a pleco. In the past I have kept one with an oscar, vieja argentea, black belt, clown loaches. Quite a bit of habitable companions to choose from. Far as temp and food, I usually keep my aquarium between 76-80 degrees Fahrenheit and pretty much stick to Hikari cichlid gold for my cichlids with a bit of Hikari masivore. Pretty good results with this food.

i keep my cyano that is around 10" with
1 10" midevil
2 saums (gt) 1 gold 12" and 1 silver 8"
3 salvinis 4-8"
3 convicts 5-6"
1 jd 8"
1 carpintis 10-11"
1 green severum 6"
think thats it the tank is 300g kept at 79-80 f and i used to feed hikair but now feed all NLS
my cyano was the king of the tank but with the big gt and the others growing larger he has not been able to keep it that way and fights everyone all the time.
