Texas Cichlid?

I bought a few days ago what I thought to be a Texas cichlid from LFS. But after looking through some threads, I am a bit skeptical as to whether it really is a Texas or not. Here are some crappy pics for the time being.

I'm trying to find my cyber shot so I can actually get a good picture of him. He's a bit of a green tint with bright spots all over and kind of a grey-brown undercolor.
