Texas ID and Gender

I'm not that familiar with how young H. cyanoguttatus appear. In general the species has smaller spots than carpintis, and more silvery/grey in color. Here are two different variants of H. carpintis. The first was sold as 'Escondido', and I think it may be a male . The second is a female 'Rio Hondo'.

Those are beauties. I guess I just have to give it some time but maybe it is cyano because it is more silver grey with light blue spots. It was sold as a green Texas.
