it looks cyano to me, its hard to tell
 
Cyano, but the spots have a slight green tint...

I'd almost disagree. Except i cannot say positively without viewing the fish in stress free condition's.
Definately Cyannogutattum? Hmmmmmmm......... I don't thnk so.

Lol really? Tell me how it isn't Cyano. The small markings makes it a MILLION per cent Cyanoguttatus. It just pops out at you (me, rather) - one glance and only Cyanoguttatus comes to mind.
 
carpinte or carpinte-texas cross, spots are not right for texas
