Texas or Green Terror?

i have a 60g and i cant make up my mind on which fish i want to get.. i want both.. but with my bichirs also in the tank i think that would be too much.. or would it not?

find a nice GT, they grow slow, but so worth the wait, mine will puff up at anything within 5 feet of his tank and is def starting to earn his "terror" name at like 5 inches

I'm not sure about either with bichirs in a little tank like that. A friend had a big male carpinte with a foot long ornate in a 75g and the carpinte would push the bichir around like a bulldozer. Not ideal really, IMO pick either the bichirs or a single male cichlid (or a pair of smaller ones) for a tank that size. What are the dimensions?
