Texas or Hybrid rubbish?????

in the second picture, the fish on the bottom left - that's definitely a hybrid. the other fish looks like a carpintes.

I don't care whether they are more hybridized then the blood parrot or more pure then 24 caret gold, I love 'em. I'd keep them for thier colours mainly.

There's definitely been some fiddling with those genes. You could probably breed them back in to perfect appearance within two generations, though. And considering how inbred pure stocks are, they might be surprisingly healthy....
From a personal standpoint though, hybrids are poo.
