Texas sex ID

i've recently acquired this small texas size about 4-5in and i want help identifying its sex..
sorry for the bad quality of photos,i did the best i could.

Lol really bad photos.

Anyways, it looks female. Also even with the blurry pics, I can tell that it's not a 'Texas' (Herichthys cyanoguttatum) but rather is a 'Green Texas' (Herichthys carpintis). Most likely H. carpintis var. Chairel, given its dark body and lack of wormings.

yes it is a female...and I would say carpintis as well...what are you going to do with her? and by the way,she looks good

@zion : i was actually hoping it was a male so i could cross it with a female parrot and see what i could keep from that litter.now that its a female i'm propably keeping her until i come up with some other idea (maybe cross with male FH),dunno yet

that would be cool....my female red dragon flowerhorn mated with my wild caught carpintis and the fry just hatched 2 days ago so im hoping I get something nice
