Tfp in Lancaster clown loaches

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Firstly, I've been to York. Love your guys dive bars,:D

But, what did you pay for all 3 or 4 each? It's only been a few days. I pick up mid size to large loaches here and there. They don't always eat right away. Get bloodworms to get it going. It's a guarantee. As for loaches not eating, the only ones I've seen do this are the Knifeback or skinny disease ones. I see your pics and it should not be an issue. Good luck!

Thanks again. I'll do bloodworms tonight I have some still. They are about 7-6" and got them for 180$ still alot but for a lfs it's ok I guess. They are in with 12 little 2-3".

Let me get this straight. You bought quantity 7 loaches at 6" in size for 180. Is this correct? If so, that is a little over 25 bones for each. Great buy, especially, for the east coast which is less often and more costly.

Plus at 5"-6" sizes, they only get fatter and more adorable from here. Here is a quick vid of some of my loaches.

yeah you and me have differnt defanitions of SOME. Sweet pack you have there! Makes me want a loach tank

So 2 questions. The new 3 big ones haven't eaten yet tried blood worms. Even soaking pellets in garlic stuff. And last question. One of the orginal 12 I bought is super skinny all the rest are fine. But the one is skinny and you can see his back bone.

The big 3 will eat sooner or later. As for the knifeback or Skinny disease on that ond loach. It's pretty difficult to remedy and it only gets worse. Lethargy comes into play as well. You'll see that the sick clown will swim differently than others. Kinds like the second portion is paralyzed. That one will need to be quarantined and medicated with anything with praziquantel or metrozidinol. I had a 3.5" clown pull through with this and now thriving at 5". Good luck !

Is this knife back contagious? I hope it isn't. And I hope the big ones soon eat. The little ones go to town but the big ones have no interest. TFP said try ate pellets but have yet to see it.
