Thai Silk (Casper) - New Today - a concern

hi guys, this little guy came today (thank god i took my low grades to the lfs) made my week.

he's a thai silk apparently his parents we're high quality. but i love him. i called him casper. i noticed a few hours after i put him in, he has dents... pics below. he's responsive, eating well, swimming well, what are they and will they swell out with age?? pictures below....

Are the dents your speaking of a darker blue? I have an 11 inch one that has two darker(want to say stripes but not sure) lines by the anal fins.

no, there actual dents. he's solid colour... but looks darker where these dents are. its like a crabs had ago at him

no no... the dents are in the body. like someones pinched him

could be an old injury......or could be a genetic mutation.....either or would explain the "dent" on his body

the musculature is visible as a dent
