Thai Silk (Casper) - New Today - a concern

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I can see that, but from yoga pictures compares to yours. Yoga fishes have scratches on it, but your fish looks like it got pushed in. Almost somewhat looking like it got bent. If its scratches or something, it'll recover(with a scar, 50/50 chance). If its something that pushes it in, like how a dent would be on a car? Then sounds like you just received a deform fish...

Your fish appears to have a defective curvature of the spine/tail.
At that size a responsible breeder should have spotted it, and culled the fish.

He should be okay but he will be deformed. I hope your okay with that, it's not really a big deal as long as he is happy and eating and growing.

Here in India there is a lot of BS on FH going around. You wont believe it if i told you. Even a low grade zz is sold off as a high grade FH and The buyer of the FH is promised that the FH will develop a huge kok. Titaniums like your FH are pretty costly here and even deformed fish are sold off too customers. I even heard the titanium strain has a bit of genetic problems.

ya dude here in india flowerhorns are damn expensive and as far as titaniums are concerned i havent seen one here yet coz theyre too expensive for anyone to buy....

so in your opinion i should be pleased with it??

well if u were in my position then thats wat im saying but if u r in a place where they are common then u do have some reason to be upset..... but u can still take pride of the fact that its still a flowerhorn come what may and heaven knows it might turn out to be a gr8 looker at the end
