I just receive a thai silk flowerhorn by mail but his kok shrink dramatically from the picture listed on ebay.

During shipping their heads always shrink down. Usually in 4-14 days of being in their new tank their head gets back to original size. Keep the lights off as he settles in. Keep his water warm 83-84F, clean water, good pellet diet, and he will look great very soon.
