This is correct... Call your pharmacist and ask what they use Metro for. Prazi is not for intestinal parasites.
I'm not going to waste my time arguing with you... The OP can take whatever info he wants from this thread. I suggest doing a search on PRAZI and see what you come up with... Praziquental and fenbendosole are the 2 most common recommendations for deworming a FH. I use Metro for HITH.

Praziquantel

Fish Disease Diagnosis: For external parasites (Flukes and flatworms). Can be used in fresh or saltwater. Safe for use on sharks. This product is much safer than other anti-parasitic medications

Metronidazole Powder

Fish Disease Diagnosis: Anti-protozoan, Hole in the head disease (hexamita), malawi bloat (internal hexamita), epistylis in pond fish.
Fish Disease Treatment: 1/4 teaspoonful per 20 gallons. 50 grams (treats approx. 800 gal.) Treat every 24 hours with a 25% water change before each treatment. Treat for 10 days. Mix in food for internal hexamita

i think your fish has bloat. heat the tank to mid 80s, add epsome salt, use metro as mentioned by the two earlier, do not over feed. You can skip feeding days. Also reduce stress, it might need to be by its self in that tank. Do frequent water changes. This doesnt mean it will live! Weaker flowerhorns and black nasties ect.., constantly die despite all these interventions. I hope its not boalt.

Treat with Metronidazole, it's hexamita. I had the same issue with my silk. Didn't eat for three weeks, stringy white feces. Now he's fat and happy again. Metro can be absorbed from the water column, though it is more effective when ingested.
