What kind of pellets does yours eat?

I feed him Ching Mix head booster & Maxima, Hikari Bio Gold, Arowana Sticks, & staple, frozen blood worms, ghost shrimp, & crickets. Honestly he only eats when he feels like it. If not, he'll just spit out whatever i throw at him. I figured that he'll eat if i only feed him once a day or if i starve him for a day.
