I have a Female Thai Silk who had almost the same issue. I too tried Parasite Guard with no effect.
I stumbled upon this video on Facebook and it cured my Thai Silk after doing as the video says!

Shes healthy again and fully eating after almost 3 weeks of rejecting it.

Yea general cure has prazi in it.
My silk went south out of nowhere. I tried everything yet he still just wasted away. He was beautiful and grew a massive water head but they aren't healthy. Rip blueball

just got back with the general cure..
Gonna cure this Thai silk! Let me bath with GC and Epsom firtst couple days see if he gets better.
Thanks for letn me kno the General cure works. I didnt know that and passed on it $12 at lfs to get paracontrol instead the other day.how much these should cost? $17 at petsmart for 10 packets.

I think I paid $10 for a box of 10 packets last time I picked some up. Make sure to follow the instructions and do the full treatment.

I admire those who are able to force feed their fish. I tried netting out my FH one time and let's just say that didn't end well.

medicated him with para gaurd, epsom, & GC since then, but he got even more Skinny then died.
Finally got "clear" but it was too late. He was too weak to handle the medication or reached the point of no return. He been gone
