I wouldn't get one. You can get one shipped to your door for cheaper. Their genetics are to weak for that kind of money. I know of 2 people who've lost theirs already. Somebody's wouldn't eat and the other was DOA.
I don't know about them being cheaper but I do agree with the genetics of them being weak...Camphilophus;2755115; said:

They are pretty new. How do you know if their genetics are weak. Though we have them for a short time, 10 days or so, none was showing sign of sick, depress, not swimming... They are still eating like a pig; even with the one we sold to our friends.

Original import price when they first came out was 150, and about weak genetics, just ask yourself why not a lot were sold to US and nothing but bad reviews we see? I never owned 1 but the choice is up to u. Just make sure they are very helthy and eatting if u do decide to get one, good luck.
