mine just died november 01, 2010
it was eating good, looked healthy and fat and the water was good, i don't know what happened.

i wouldn't get this fish again, BY FAR the most boring fish i ever owned. it stayed completely buried in sand (except for it's eyes) 24/7/365. it would occasionally gulp a fish and immediately bury itself again.
