Back when I used to log on a regular basis the community was very postivive. You know things like, "nice pickup" "cool set-up" "beast of a cichlid." Now it's a trolls that want to criticize someone for posting pics of their fish. What ever happened to "Hey next time it would be a good idea to ship overnight since it is cold and fish are more susceptible to ich" or "Perhaps you should have a quarantine tank for new fish"

Instead people insult and act like they never made mistakes.

Lol the reason you don't get on anymore is cause people don't sugar coat or B.S about a fish looking nice when it really doesn't. And you have more hobbiests coming out of the woodworks that are producing smashing quality compared to yours and you get overwhelmed with envy and jealousy that you can't bare to watch anymore. And just to name a few.. Umbeeking, fishman08, mr.manm, endo, worldbelow, house64, madness, canadamonster... The list goes on. It's just too bad that most if those prolly only kept fish 10x less than you and are 100 times better at it lol

Well lets hear it!! The only disease I ever received from Rapps was ich and he told me before he shipped but I insisted on following thru and I dealt with it accordingly. I've gotten a couple shipments from Gage and no issues. And I've done plenty of business with Ira and again no issues. Obviously nobody's perfect. And I'm definitely not perfect either. This is mostly a live and learn hobby! But I will not sit back and stroke anyone or any vendor because of the deals I could possibly get lol. I just call it how I see it, and yes I've gained and lost friends because my personality!! If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything!!

Your absolutly right No one is perfect, Ich IMO is very minor and harmless, easy fix! I recieved fish with lymph caused me some panic could have got to be a big problem but didnt so I am happy. No need for me to mention any Names, I did contact him in a positive manor but no reply, will this affect my next order? Maybe, Maybe not. Just wanted to point out that it could happen.
