i dont know, 50 for everything is a great deal to me, in pa here, you cant even find a 20 gal tank by itself for under 50. and even if its a crappy filter its only a couple bucks to replace with a brand new one.

o, this might be a dumb question, but can any one tell me what that long white fish is in the second picture. it almost looks like a super long cory cat to me.
LOL, she sounds like my husband! Oh and it was probably labeled an opaline gourami. I had a breeding pair of those for 5 years before the male died.
They lasted through 3 hurricanes, and the female and dojo loaches are still kickin! Great little fish those dojo loaches, have them long enough and they'll eat from your hand

hehe.. Its not white.. hes more of a orange color.. and was labeled as a Golden Dojo Loach.. but he is really awesome and yes very entertaining.. the the other two start there bullying around if they bother him he smacks them around a bit then goes back to laying down. Hes just over 3" now..

I can't wait that would be awesome!!!....Well We were supposed to get that other tank today.. but #1 the bank decided we needed to wait on pulling out money... (something about only having a few bucks left in the account because of pending crap) #2 we could not get a hold of the guy at all.. email and phone maybe crapped out but still didn't email us.. so.. oh well.. but It does look like little blue is going to make it.. Shes done a number on his tail and he seems to spaz a little into a "C" shape.. but he is still eating sorta the other two fish eat three times as much.. .. We can't do any spending tonight but in the morning If Blues still with us I'm going to get one of those small 5.5G starter tanks and put prolly the gold in there for a wile to see if i can get lil blue to looking better
Tank looks good!!!! So you finally got sick of TN? I'm debating on moving out of state too. My fiancee(sp?) asked what state I would like and I replied, one with a PH of 6.5 and a GH of no more than 6!!!! She didn't even crack a smile.
LOL.. Awesome.. but actually I'm not from TN.. I'm from TX.. we both went to high school there afterwards she moved here to a school and i went to a few schools around us one in PA one in WY fun huh? I basically came up here to grab her and get married.. I have nothing against staying here but after being in TX for Christmas on family visit.. Her sinus' cleared up and she decide after the wedding we are going to move back down there.. its funny.. she wants the house RIGHT behind my parents house so we can take down the fence and share the yards... and there hot tub.titansfever83;1471546; said:Tank looks good!!!! Its Awesome!...On to other news.. Regarding the lil blue issue.. i found my check book so she and i decided to take a risk.. we went to the pet store and picked up another 10G (kit) came with a whisper filter (good?) and I siffened about a third of the water out of my tank from out of the gravel area into hers as she rinsed the gravel and decorations to go in her tank.. then i put my filter on her tank for a wile to try and help get things set up and with hers on mine hoping the BB will build up well and i can swap things back next week. She decided wile we were there to get 2 other fish one more just like blue and I'm not sure what the other was but it was a community fish.. We are going to keep very close tabs on the levels in her tank (still watching mine pretty close as well) since we moved blue out of my tank i got that other fish i wanted a really (IMO) beautiful Dojo Loach. Him and Ninja (current golden DL) seem to get along well and the Gourami doesn't seem to bother him either. We are using a BB booster to help her tank along as well.. Here are some pics of my new Loach.. and the very un-camera shy Ninja.. yes he did "jump" into the picture..
It looks to me like hes at least a inch longer than my Golden.

That little guy in the middle is the one I'm not sure what it is.. but he never stops moving.. talk about hard to catch in a picture!
