Two 4'' IT's.
They were supposed to be shipped Tuesday and get here Wednesday.
When Alex told me he was shipping them wednesday and they arrive Thursday
I asked him Kindly if I could please get a refund instead as that was a bad day for me to ship.
But NO.
He didnt respond and shipped them anway.
I asked him THREE TIMES for a refund, yet he ship's them anyway.
Yeah, USPS messed it up, but I asked him to not ship them and give me a refund instead.
If he would have just gave me a refund in the first place like I had asked, there would be no problem..
I just dont see why he couldnt even talk to me.
Never gave me his phone number.
I really wanted to call him and ask him if he could
A) give me my money
B) ship them next week.
I tried as hard as I could to tell him that today would not be good for me to receive the fish, yet he shipped them anyway.
So it isnt completely out of his hands.
Due to his horrible communication skills, or lack thereof I've wasted $120 and still have no fish.

If you dont want to settle this the easy way, We can always take it to court if needed.
I have an Attorney on stand-by.
You say the word, and we can settle this the hard way.

I came home on Tuesday at 4:30pm and Pm'ed you first thing stating I was late getting home. Does that sound like a scammer to you? Then you accused me of all these things , so I ignored the rest of your PM's. Have a nice life & be nice to your lawyer, I see a strong need for his services in your future
dude what dont you get? the fish were shipped, usps didnt deliver on time.this certainly isnt the first "deal" you have been involved in and caused a mockery out of. most anybody who has tried to deal with you has found out that your actions are somewhat of a joke.
