My 100g tank is ready for housing some awesome AC but I can't decide on my own. I like Oscars but I'd go with somthing else to make it easier for my filter though still want something like GT, Texas or conv. The thing is i don't want to just one fish, three is min. Any ideas ? what you got ?

Texas are fun, mean little boogers. 100g would be a great home for a pair. Convicts, you could have a harem type set up with one male and a gang of females.
Curious as to filtration specs. That will give some better ideas and illicit responses from some of the more knowledgeable veterans here.

Thanks for your reply
I did a three stages sump-three different tanks- a 10g mechanical filtration & moving bed, 20g heavily planted with some submerged bio then another 10 with final mech filtration and the pump ~ +1000g/h

1 oscar
1 GT
1 texas or JD

approx 90% stocking I think on aqadvisor

buy them all as juveniles, crack open a beer and call it a day :)
your tank is large enough and filtration strong enough. grow them up together so they play nice. JD may hide a lot. convict, though aggressive, may be too small to play with the big boys.

If it's not too much of a bother, could you post pics of your filtration setup? It sounds pretty cool and I'm planning on upgrading my tank soon so I'm gathering filtration ideas. As far as stocking, if you want an Oscar go for it. Throw in a gt, jd, Texas cichlid, or maybe a quetzal(I'm high on these right now). Pick three as juvies like THQ said grab a beer and enjoy. As they mature and bioload increases you can always separate them if needed.

Good enough for me, thanks
