i test my water every week and nothing is wrong...

How much do your nitrates rise during water changes? Have you seen a drop in pH between the tap water and the tank water levels? One thing to watch for in heavily stocked tanks is that the carbonate hardness will drop leading to unsable ph. A large pH swing can be very harmful to fish.

If your tanks pH is lower then that of your tap water you may want to buffer your tank with some crushed coral.

dont tell me what to do with my fish, and for one,my dovii is going in a 220 soon as im done saving up,with a female.

He is only making logical suggestions, if you are not wanting to receive suggestions it would then be a good idea not to post here. You talk about getting a 220g yet you are spending money on other tanks instead of getting that dovii into a proper sized tank :screwy:

Im telling u man nothing is wrong with the tank ph is 7 all the time (same as tap) nitrates are also fine. fish are very healty and i dont cut back on the feeding

OK very good to hear. I just hate seeing those "All my fish died, and I don't know why" threads.

thanks for the backup. i can't believe large_cichlids, of all people, told me that i don't know what i'm talking about:ROFL:

why are you getting a 110 and delaying the 220 when you could leave the 110 alone and get the 220 much sooner:screwy:

ive got a midas 2 24+ inch plecos and 2 sevs in my 125 and i am fine i dont see a problem with that stock.

Most fish don't care about height in the aquarium. 75, 85, 90, 110, it doesn't matter, you can have the same stocking levels for almost every tank.

there you have it.

you are better off buying the 220, moving your dovii there, and stocking the 75 with a devil or whatever. think about it. the 110 just isn't worth it, so just keep saving for the 220, and skip the 'in between' tanks.

Ya, you can't save for a 220, when your wasting your money on a 110....

And a 110 is almost completely useless. A 75 is cheaper and you can fit just as much in it.
