If he's in the pond that's feasible. I found that mine grew fastest eating pellets and storebought foods. I tried getting him on massivore but he rejects it now. All he wants is shrimp and fish. Storebought foods have all the nutrients and vitamins to help them pack on size. Water temp is key here as well. Warmer waters keep their metabolism up. I noticed almost a standstill in growth when I went from 82* to 75*.

every monday? thats not feasible for some of us who have work/school/crazy schedules or even take a long vacation now and then what about every 3 weeks or a month update so its not so overwhelming? That way people have plenty of time documenting/reporting their results.

Alright....so I may have been a little unrealistic with the rule of making it weekly as I do realize people have busy scheduals so I will leave it as update when you can. I will still require a photo update wity every update and a size photo (next to some measuring impliment) update monthly. Also rtcxtsn are allowed in this contest as they are partcially rtc. The deadline for entry will be 2 weeks from now. That should give adaquate time for people to see this thread and pm me to be put on the list. This means that your rtc may he no larger than 7" by the deadline. Giving chance for those who have already entered a 2" per week of growth leway. Also the grand prize winning does not have to recive a rtc for part of their prize. It is now a fish of the champions choice not exceeding $50 shipping price not included I will pay for that as well.
