  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Usually you want a lot of fish when it comes to cichlids to spread out the aggression. Like some of the other have said get on aquabid and get fish that look good. I think you should get some more blue in there.

Thanks guys! How bout some feedback on the stock or suggestions on more fish? As of right now there will be 16 cichlids and 2 plecos. To much?
Too much?!? lol, I've got a 60-Gallon with over 16 Cichlids. Central, African (Malawi:Hap, Mbuna, Peacocks, etc.: Tang.) As long as you have the correct filtration, and do the proper water changes, fill it up! lol
Cichlids get along a lot better when there are more. More difficult for one Cichlid to choose another to harass.
The tank looks great! Not the best on recommending other fish... Looks like you have a Melanochromis chipokae male, unless I'm mistaken. I'd add an Auratus as well. I've got a pair of Chipokae, just thought an Auratus pair would look cool in the tank as well.

haha ok Looks like Im going to be looking for some more fish. I really want a lima cat but I think the tank might be to crowded for him with the drift wood taking up all the room. any other Ideas on a cat???

Group of Spotted Pictus are always fun to watch. Eclipse Catfish as well.

I would like to get somthing that gets in the 12 inch range

something that looks nice and would be able to hold its own in the tank and not cost a fortune. maybe a giraffe cat? something in that range, or something like a shovel nose or lima that only gets bout 12 inches
