They don't care, their whole system is so messed up, you can;t divide all aquarium life into 5 things, it just doesn't work like that.
They also told me to sell to the persons aquarium like they had no fish in it. You know like if someone has a fully stocked 125? Sell to them like they have no fish in the 125.
Seriously there are thousands of stories about this I could go on for hours. I would get reprimanded every day until about a month before I quit and thats when all the managers came forward and started asking me questions about the problems with their tanks because those 5 little oscars they bought for their 50 gallon were now a lot bigger and they had trouble keeping the water clear.
Poopsmart is in the pet business for all the wrong reasons. You can't convince me otherwise.
same thing at petco, although i don't know why, they let the last head of aquatics do pretty much whatever the hell he wanted as long as he made them money but won't let me do the same.
