Everything I build I put a drain and water fill lines on. Nothing like doing a water change and not having to get your hands wet. With the size of the driftwood and the size of your fish, it already looks like you need to upgrade in size

the filter is a homeade 8' wet/dry & an Xtreme biofilter. the Xtreme biofilter is plumbed to the drain. i just turn it to either Rinse/Waste?or backwash and it goes down the drain. then i plumbed hot an cold water directly over to the tank. just turn on hot and cold and it fills up!!!!
