The 90's

Most of the music I listen to either came out or came to public eye in the 90's... Pearl Jam, Social Distortion, Screaming Trees, Alice in Chains, Bad Religion, Soundgarden, Nirvana, Stone Temple Pilots...
well put as a lot of those bands came out, or at least started, in the 80's as much as I hate to admit it. I didn't listen to much popular music until the mid-90's (before that, it was country, christian and oldies) and what a great time it was to start doing so. Now most of the good music is in the underground.

Nickelodeon, cartoon network, list could go on...

and on and on......unfortunatly as fate would have it....I have forgotten LOTS of the 90's /....too much fun I am afraid......

Certainly the music, even though a lot of it stemmed from the 80s (and some of the bands are still going) it came into its own in the 90s. Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, Pearl Jam, NOFX, Fugazi, Soundgarden, Pennywise, Offspring (when they were still a cool thrashy punk band!), Alice In Chains, GreenDay, etc etc etc.

I'm also a big fan of a lot of 90's cars, that period seemed to be the peak before they all became over-run with electronic gadgets like traction control etc etc. Ford Escort Cosworth, BMW E30 and E36 M3, Nissan Silvia S13 and R32 GTR, Honda Civic EG6 and EK9, etc etc.

That said, as much as I loved the 90s, no way am I posting a pic of me with a massive long under-cut!!!!

who could forget my fav BRITNEY... I still remember when rumors ran rampant about her attending ASU in tempe,,,,
