what type are they??
 
mono and occel hybrids for the most part...however i did see what appears to be a full blooded mono in that same lake...

if i catch it i'll post some pics.
 
They're all Hybrids. Youll see a lot look full blooded mono when in breeding colors, only to see them revert when off a nest a few months later.

good to know...but man some of the males i saw there was amazing but you are absolutely right...once in a tank or out of breeding season the color goes back...

although when the few i kept fight in the tank their colors pop again...just need to make sure they fight all the time...:ROFL:

I probably won't be fishing these next two weeks either way man, but thanks for the consideration. This cold front will slow the bite significantly....

Anyways you got any spots for tarpon? There's a tourney going on another forum for them :).
