True but for non IMAX necessary movies, its the place to go. I mean $4 a ticket is ridiculously cheap.

“The Avengers” brought in $200.3 million at the domestic box office over the weekend, according to early estimates from Hollywood.com. Final figures are due Monday.



i just noticed this movie was directed by joss whedon.....the same director who did the only not animated tv series i ever watched from beginning to end........BUFFY the vampire slayer!!!

Ill pass on the date but for 1 dollar lap dances my treat, I bet the dancers are alot more friendly as well, we get those eropean import girls think were made a money

You serious, dont tell me that. $30 here for a 15min lapdance, easy 200-300 spent after a few hours after the 10 door charge at the club, but we only go on penny drink nights so it doesnt hurt so much after all the drinks, till the next morning anyway. I dont know about that equation but If the movie was on and I was getting a lap dance I would probably miss most of it.

My ol' lady and I went to see it on 3D on Saturday. We both enjoyed it very much, especially the refreshing funny scenes in a long movie as such. Will get it on bluray for collection.
