Their lips never touched frozen or live. Only Hikari Massivore and Cichlid Gold. Once a day. Sometimes I miss a day if I'm too busy.

Similar Diet and feeding routine as mine. I feed a mix of Hikari Carnivore, Massivore, Gold, Staple and Excel.

"Sometiems every other day feeding", Must make for some serious water splashing when it comes to feeding time hey! I only have a Tem, Ocell, and Orino, and they act as if they are about to jump out the tank for food.
