I used to have a con that would show this patteren...All cons have different intensities and emphasis on different colors...Some are jet black some have the funny faded shade like Dougs...His fish looks fine and not damaged in the least bit....

its a cross between a texas and a convict, a local guy crossbread them, he is as nasty as a convict and i think he is gonna get as big as a texas, i dont think he is even a year old yet. ill post the pic once i get it workin
