The best deal ever?

I picked up a used 240 glass reef tank yesterday for $750. Its really dirty and needs to be resealed, however heres the list of things that came with it:

Stand with canopy, in decent condition, but I will be restaining
Complete wet/dry with pump
magnum 350 canister
protein skimmer, up for grabs if you want it
3 huge powerheads
2 200W Ebo Jager heaters
metal halide lighting
other lights, white and blue, dont know anything about reef lighting
other misc equip, including 20 lbs of salt that i dont need

so that alone was a good enough deal for me, but heres the best part, the tank was running when i picked it up and I traded in the live rock at the LFS for $1.50/lb.... all 450 lbs of it!!! I now have a $675 credit at my favorite LFS!

It was a good weekend for me

Thats a steal. Im new to these forums and kinda new to fish keeping as you can tell. I currently have a Gourami only tank. I love gouramis. I wish I could score a deal like that.
