What is the best sand for a Bearded dragon?

If I were you, I would not use sand at all.

Personally, if the animal is healthy enough a reasonable substrate should be fine. However most of the petstore substrates are not safe. I have used coco fibre, plain ol' dirt, peat moss, fir bark, cypress mulch et cetera without any problems. However I am not sure if anyone that have a Bearded Dragon have one of those.

i was doing the same research a few weeks ago when i got my baby beardie. i use playsand... lots of people will dissagree.. but hes fine
