real estate has about doubled over the last three years. i bought my home three and a half yrs ago for $125000, now it is worth almost $300000 its no joke. there are making it hard for all the california people to buy huge homes out here with the
money they made in equity from the increase they had in property value. vegas still rocks though :headbang2 :headbang2

My folks boght their house in the bay area for $90,000 20 years ago, now it's worth $900,000 literally 10 times what they payed. It's getting hard to get by here because the cost of living.

Yeah I met her recently though as a friend of mine used to do her make up, has pictures of her without make up not that steller. Convention capitol of the world, I have a friend and she works the AVNs every year so I get in free, the one thing that ruins it for me now, all the rap stars. They get in their and act like friggin' idiots and ignorate dipwads.
 
thats cool that you get to go to that every year. definatly the convention capitol. i know a few teamsters who drive forklifts for some of the expo service companies that make around $100000 lots of o.t for those guys. i get lots of o.t too :thumbsup:
 
I think Oregon is the best state it rains a lot but the summer are grate and the tap water dose not take much work to get it right for fish.
 
WEST VIRGINIA, thats west (by God) WVA not Virginia...lol actually its got a lot of great scenery, whitewater,sking, and the women are so great looking! If they could just clean up the goverment, taxes suck.
 
those are definatly both beautiful states. nevada lacks the beauty they have, however huge mtn ranges and desert have a beauty of their own. some think so anyway. im a little bored of it.
