Yeah Del I actually went to a bar in Chula Vista one of the times I was out there. I am jealous of you! The beaches and weather is unlike anyplace else. :)

Del, that is old. When I was a kid we had to take the ferry to Coronado or drive all the way down to Chulajuana and then up the Silver Strand. I envy you who live there a little, but there's a big world outside of San Diego and I encourage you to explore it! Imagine this: when I was 19 years old I hitch hiked from Old Town to New Jersey. Talk about your culture shock! Glad I did tho. You can't do it nowadays; you'll get arrested or killed.
San Diego is my home town, but right now I have wood in the stove and it's snowing outside; I like 4 seasons.

To each his own. New Jersy is great during the spring and summer. been all over the country and there is nothing quite like the Jersey shore. those of you that poke fun at jsodwi's post obviously don't now what you talking about. I personaly hate the city. and the cold weather. I guess it doesn't make a difference since i'm moving to Florida in 3 months. sorry if i derailed this post.
