I finally got mine too.
It arrived 10 days ago. But I had to wait.
Verry nice book. I really like the illustrations and that some extinct species are covered too.

It's a great book.
Probably the geet fish book I ever owned. I love the layout. All the species info.

Hi, the book was only printed in Nov 2020, I don't believe there have been any classification changes since then? We even had a review last month in the Journal of Fish Biology by Timo Moritz who did the latest revision of extant Polypteridae.
We are nearly out of the second print run (which has a few minor changes to it, mainly a couple of comments regarding spawning of some species).
If there has been changes, please let me know. I'm preparing a third print run, so can update if needed.

under "What's the next book" link that indicates a revised second edition is underway. Maybe that webpage needs correction?
Will the third print have additional changes? Adding new spawning comments to second print would make me regret buying the first print run.
