The biggest mouthful an Aro can take

my aro consumed about 4 large shrimp all at once swimming around the tank with everyone else chasing him tryin to steal a shrimp. my smaller one can consume 2 large shrimp atleast but it goes down fast n he begs for more as if he didnt just eat 2 large shrimp LOL feedings on the big tank is rediculous. 2lbs of shrimp last maybe 2 weeks if im lucky prolly a 1/2 lb per feeding every few days. along with pellets n what not.

My Jar held on to a 4" jurese catfish when he was a foot, he didn't swallow him but he did tear him up. For some reason he just hated him.

my aro took a 4" shrimp AND my whole finger but obviously couldnt close his mouth. he only held on for a couple seconds till he realized he bit off more than he could chew so to speak, releasing my finger but taking the shrimp. he was 15" at the time.
