its basically a show where people have business ideas or inventions without the money to back their product or idea, and all those people on the panel are filthy rich (usually self made business peoples) that are looking to invest. most the time they dont like it for one reason or another, but occasionally they'll say yea count me in, and they say i want 50% cause im putting the money forward (usually around 20k) of profits and then they bargain that out.

Totally a great invention, but I think it's more for the ladies to keep a low squat to splash ratio.
where as we have precise aim and good snipe someone out for miles (assuming you have to go that bad, pressure does build up )
