dope fish dude I want to see pics once you get it in, and yes it was for sale in the area but not anymore 
naw man I hate black backgrounds for cichlids even more so for flowerhorn! They tend to try and blend in with it and it has the opposite effect one wishes for. At least that has been my experience and it does not please me
Man your fish rock, question since ive never kept FH's, will they tolerate other South Am. cichlids?
OMG! Great pix on him man. I just got a little one (3") yesterday, Tuesday! Im already in love with him. He swims his butt off all the time, ate the same night I got him.
I have a black diamond sand substrate and I think it makes his blue pop louder! I got mine from Camphilophus, in which he got it from Thailand.
