Ask and YEEEE shall recieveLOL!!!!:D:headbang2As you can see just about All of the Hith is gone but the finnage is yet to to heal fully Also the small i don't think will ever fully recover with i had my suspitions about from the get go but i will keep him none the less ...This was a perfect oppertunity to see kind of experiment with these guys i have had my opinions about water quality being or playing the largest part on p's skin conditions and feeding habbits hith being said to be caused in p's by feeding live ...These guys are almost completly healed and i kind of jumped the gun moving my big boys a couple months ago now the cycle was not complete and really still is not totally stable i think a tank takes about 6 months to become a smooth runner any way my big boys have never showed any signs of any skin deficiancy and when i moved them from the 180 witch the Broko's are in one of my biggest most beautiful Orino's immediatly started having a couple pin holes witch are now recovering Well because the water is getting better Just thought i would share that with ya guys....:D:headbang2Oh my whole point on the hith feeder thing the Broko's are on 100% live Diet right now....And were from the begining of this thread....;)

Nice and great information. Keep up the good work and I bet in the end your hard work will pay off for you.
Thanks HCR and i really Appreciate the compliment comin from you personally.....

The broko's look great Hulon! A lot of color is really starting to appear and the fins are lookn much better.

As far as hith....w/ my species of bass I find the orino's to be very hardy as far as skin appearence. But azuls are very suseptable to hith. Another species I have notice are occels. My larger azul has a couple pin holes while my smaller is perfect as well as my orino's.

I believe and heard from some others that for a really healthy cichla live is no issue. Its the weak cichla w/ broke down immune systems that pick up the diseases easily.

Ya i really believe there is no issue with live feeding as long as ya change it up ya know a varied diet Dry -frozen fresh and live ....It seems from my experiences #1 of coarse is water then #2 being stress on ivolved P's When i moved everybody from the 180 to the 675 it was nutts !!!! to say the least and on top of it the tank really had not cycled fully for sure causing yet more stress i am sure because they were all used to very stable water in the 180 that tank has been running for 3 years ....
