I thought all rays were illegal in CA. Nice to know atleast one isnt, but having the tank brackish is a turn off to me.

They will not make it long term in freshwater. It messes with osmo regulation, resulting in massive amounts of waste being produced...killing water Q. Most wild Atlantics are born and live in full saltwater.
