Tried adding Mono to Lei tank… that things a ?…. back to the Cichla Mix

Removed a cat to decrease crowding - Nitrates stay 5ppm with auto w/c running

got the 5 lil guys in a 280g - 5”- 9”

The Group is finalizing-

2 - Azul
2 - Xingu
2 - Tems

1 - Intermedia - in 75g QT has severe HITH vs
if i can fix him he’ll stay in another tank vs donate

The biggest Fogo is 17” or so - Littlest Xingu 10” or so -

Thinned out the others due to tank space - not getting another big tank at this time…. local builder is….

going to a every other day feeding schedule, eating mainly pellets and fresh fish 1x per week

Most of the others 13”-15”

breeding behavior has stopped mostly after the mono was rehomed -

there is not a clear alpha - i believe the big fogo to be a lady - the tems are both boys i believe and younger than the rest -

longer term - need to get my Black Arow outra there - he gets pretty roughed up even at 2’ - bass just too rowdy ?

they are interactive and fun though, always following me around room and watching me ?

i love the monster fish, the two tems and the black arow going over 24” is enough though for sure!

these guys need big tanks!
