very similar as over here because my trainer got train from thailand... But in thailand are my hardcore which if you can't take the pain, then it will not be any training. Kick real bananas tree, swimming a miles long, run up the mountain.
About 2-3 hours of work out before we actually team up with a partner and start training. total of training in Thailand are 4-5hours a day. The first 3months you in training if you can't handle it you pretty much can't handle more. It really hurt but worth of training.
As here in US only 2hrs of class...not enough for me.
