Needless to say this last year has been extremely busy! Thankfully, my wife and daughter have been a huge help with taking care of the main tank while I have been on the road. Looking back, I spent 36 weeks on the road this past year. To the handfull of MFK'ers who have been watching for more pics...ok really, just pics period, of the 220 set-up, I apologize for not having the time to get them up. I have taken a handfull, but have been having some issues with the lighting. And actually while typing this, I think I may have a solution.....we will have to see.
The tank is running pretty good now. The Gibbiceps is pushing 10-12 Inches. Made the mistake of feeding frozen shrimp to a tank with live shrimp living in the anachris.....that was fine until the frozen shrimp ran out, apparently live shrimp are pretty tasty. Go figure.... The Clown Loaches are having a blast in the bigger tank, and the Shoal has grown to 36. It looks like my biggest may actually be about 5 inches (previous posts indicated a premature 5 inches, what can I say?.....fish stories....) The two original saddle backs are not far behind the biggest one. Most everyone else in the tank is doing good.
The only complaint that I have had with the tank is not having the time to really enjoy it like I want too!!
Thanks for putting up with my whining, hopefully I will be able to get off my lazy butt and actually get some good pics of the tank taken and posted!! Because we all know thats really what we all want to see!!
