Our county dept. used to have a Camaro I think it was that was taken from a drug dealer. The back end was lifted with huge tires on it so it rode at a ridiculous angle. It also had some decals kind of like that, but in the basic DARE black/red theme...then the officer driving it had a little too much fun seeing what it could do and rolled and destroyed it...
