BMI is fundamentally flawed in the first place. It only takes into account your height and your weight. Which for some might serve as a good indicator of overall health...however...I'm 6'2 310 lbs with a BF% of 15 and that's way different from a guy that is 300 lbs that never enters the gym.

Although true, the heart will still have to work much harder then a average size person, to supply blood through out the large body mass.

The heart is also in much better shape with someone that is working out and eating right...then someone who weighs a 100 lbs less and is sedentary. Cannot stand those that are sedentary and claim to be in shape because they are a skinny fat!!

Friday, November 19, 2060.....I will be 75 years old, I hope I make it that long but...Ive never expected to :)

i refuse to see what it says about me, both grandfathers died at 64-65yo after 3-4 heart attacks each... one was in good health, rode a bicycle everyday, still worked on the farm, good diet. The other drank, smoked, abused himself to death and i think he lived bout a year longer WTF ?
