i lost my gold gourami about a month ago.. he got excited and jumped and hit the top of the tank and died.

i see alot of good looking fish here, you all have my deepest sympathies. im going to pour out some of my 40 for our lost homies
my friend lost her GSP she got it from wal-mart and it seemed fine but just suddenly died after a few months... poor guy, had an internal parasite. unaware of it
yeah... wal mart's fish are usually screwed from the start. i try not to think of it even though mine came from wal mart and is really healthy and happy in his tank! video of him in my sig =)
i had a spotted puffer just like that, he was a murderous little s**t. he killed (no lie) about $100 worth of fish. i had a gold claw crab, he mangeled it. so i got another with a realy big claw thinking he would have a chance.......didnt even hit the bottom before he was limbless.
