Very nice photo updates. I know that takes a lot of patience to do. Good save on your jumper. I have cats, so anything that jumps from mine will probably end up as a snack.

this one jumped about two feet out of the water at the pet shop i get it from i think its just in their nature

They can get a good distance if they try hard enough. Had a leporinus jump out and end up several feet away at mom's door. She almost stepped on the poor guy. He was too far gone to save. I try to keep my tanks as covered as possible.

It's hard sometimes to show all the true colors with a camera. I'm trying to get some good ones of a chocolate cichlid, but it won't come out of the darker places in the tank. Some critters are just camera shy.
